Investing in Yourself 2018
If you’re not going to take yourself seriously than how do you expect others to? I have been struggling a lot in the last year with other people’s perception of me and letting their opinions take over my life. During that period of time I really lost sight of myself and goals that I wanted to accomplish. I know that I have written and said this a lot, but that time is over and it’s finally time for me to take back control of my life (for real this time). With that being said I have been working on some really cool things that I am excited to share with you guys!
As you guys know I have been working for the last year as a consultant. I have had the opportunity to work with so many amazing companies on social media, photography, marketing, advertising and much more. I have been building my knowledge of the industry as well as skills to help me advance and become more successful. The networking I have accomplished to this point is overwhelming and I am constantly blessed by the opportunities I am given. Mostly the chances and jobs I have been doing has been pertaining to the cannabis industry and its time to show the world that I can do more than just work with weed.
Yesterday I began to make the transition into the next phase of my career; I purchased a LLC and am filing all the necessary paperwork and permits to become my own company. This gives me the chance to do what I have been doing for others on a bigger scale and not just in the cannabis industry. It took me so long to finally decide to make the plunge and work for myself, but I know that it’s time and that I am ready to do this. I will still be working with all the great companies I was before (and hopefully more to come), but this gives me the room to do more things for myself and follow my visions.
It’s time to distance myself from the negativity and toxic people who are just here to drag me down. It’s time to be what I was always meant to be doing and stop getting lost in other people’s issues. I just want to thank you all for coming along on this crazy ride with me. When I first moved out to Colorado I had dreams bigger than the 14ers out here. Everything that I have gone through has lead me to right where I was meant to be. I am so excited to be able to offer my services to more industries and be able to help those who need it. Don’t let anybody stop you from going out and getting what is yours; it was always meant for you!
