Crock Pot Apple Granola Crumble
2 Granny Smith apples (medium)
1 cup granola
⅛ cup maple syrup
¼ cup apple juice
2 tbsp dairy free butter
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
Peel the apples and cut the apples in half from the stem to the bottom. Cut each side in half again and those pieces in half. Each of those halves can be cut into 3-4 chunks.
Add apple chunks into crockpot and cover the bottom. Combine all other ingredients in the crock pot, stir well and cover.
Cook the mixture on low for 4 hours (high for 2 hours if you don't have time) and enjoy! Serve it in a bowl with raisins for breakfast or add some ice cream to the top for some dessert.
